Job Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manages the client relationship.
    • Service as the primary interface in an advisory role between J. J. Keller and assigned clients.
    • Educating clients on regulatory requirements, providing interpretations and best practices.

    Service Management:
    • Identifies program improvement opportunities to meet and improve safety program objectives.
    • Monitors client responsibilities to ensure compliance with service requirements.
    • Analyzes compliance trends and, if applicable, developing formal improvement programs.
    • Maintains confidentiality of client information under the FCRA, HIPAA, and other regulatory entities. Adheres to the department's data security policies pertaining to Personal Identification Information.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partners with internal teams on complex client inquiries.
    • Assists implementation team with new clients.
    • Maintains expertise pertaining to applicable local, state and federal regulations in order to provide education and clarification to clients.

Qualifications
Experience/Education:
  • 2+ years of total office experience.
  • 1+ year of client services experience in a professional services environment desirable.
  • Post-secondary education in a business-related field preferred.
  • In lieu of degree or experience, would consider a combination of education and related office experience.
  • Experience with J. J. Keller services desirable.

Other Skills/Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MS Word with intermediate Excel skills required.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of related regulations desirable, but not required.
  • Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to apply regulatory knowledge in a variety of situations.
  • Independent decision-making skills.

Physical Requirements
Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional travel to customer sites and/or industry and training events may also be required, depending on assignment.
