Role Overview
As a Chargeback Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for maintaining accurate contract pricing and managing chargebacks. This role is all about precision, organization, and collaboration. You'll work closely with manufacturers, GPOs, and internal teams to ensure customers receive the correct pricing every time.
If you thrive on details, love staying organized, and have a knack for working with data, this is your chance to build a strong foundation in pricing operations and analytics. You don't need to be an Excel wizard yet, but you should have solid skills and a genuine interest in learning more. We'll help you grow!
What You'll Do
  • Maintain and update contract pricing, customer eligibility, renewals, and terminations
  • Spot and resolve pricing or data discrepancies before they become issues
  • Collaborate with manufacturers, internal teams, and GPOs for accurate updates
  • Manage a high volume of chargeback lines with speed and accuracy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners
  • Analyze data using Excel and other tools
  • Cross-train on departmental functions and contribute to process improvements
