Job Description:
  • Under the direction of Chargebacks and Sales Tracing Manager, this position is responsible for accurately verifying and processing chargebacks/rebates from our distributors, professionally responding to requests from our internal and external customers, determining the appropriate action and follow-up in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Process and record sales tracing data using multiple formats including Excel and EDI
  • Interacting with the Sales Tracings and Contracts departments to resolve problems
  • Communicates with sales force and sales administration
  • Work and collaborate with external distributor customers
  • Records all incoming chargeback and total dollar amount
