  • Contracting experience to understand terms and conditions.
  • Demonstrated ability in prioritizing multiple projects that are smaller in scope.
  • Comprehensive experience analyzing and solving business situations.

  • End-to-end thinker who drives innovative improvements to business processes, systems, and behavior.

Responsibilities:

  • As a member of FiCoE, you are accountable to deliver short-term financial targets while creating sustainable value in the long term.
  • Provide insights, enabling enterprise and functional outcomes through financial and business analysis, and steering and monitoring of holistic company performance.
  • Drive finance processes, delivering high quality and compliant financials required to support short and long-term planning, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Collaborate across the broader organization to co-create solutions that ensure broad and equitable access to diagnostics for patients and provide value to customers.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to retrieve data from external websites and systems.
  • Review and analyze chargeback submissions and identify potential issues to determine the validity of claims based on contract stipulations.

  • Collaborate with the contracts team to resolve and provide recommendations regarding contract and chargeback issues.
  • Support other team projects as needed.
  • Prepare monthly rejection and resubmission reports.
