Position Summary:


Our client, a leader in the IT industry, is seeking a Change Manager to support the successful implementation of a new timekeeping system and other business transformation efforts. This role involves planning and executing change management strategies, creating effective communication and training content, and helping teams adopt new processes and behaviors. The ideal candidate brings a mix of operational experience, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a solid understanding of change management methodologies.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support key business initiatives
  • Create and execute change plans that include communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
  • Coordinate change management activities and collaborate closely with project teams and leadership
  • Guide frontline employees and leaders through the transition to new systems, tools, and ways of working
  • Deliver coaching and support to employees and managers to increase adoption and minimize resistance
  • Monitor the impact of change on teams and recommend adjustments as needed
  • Provide expert guidance on managing organizational change and transformation initiatives
  • Create clear, engaging communications to ensure understanding across teams and stakeholders
  • Develop training materials and lead change-readiness sessions for employees
