We're seeking a Training & Change Management Lead to support a large-scale transformation program. This role will focus on translating change impacts into training strategies, materials, and engagement plans to drive successful adoption.
- Pay Rate Range: $65-70/HR on W2 (NO C2C)
Responsibilities: - Lead training efforts for a major change initiative
- Develop training materials (VILT, FAQs, presentations)
- Translate change impacts into actionable training plans
- Conduct readiness assessments and support leadership through change
- Manage timelines, stakeholders, and content approvals
Required Qualifications: - Experience in change management, training, or organizational development
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Highly organized with strong execution and follow-through
