Job description

We're seeking an organized and proactive AI Enablement & Adoption Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of enterprise AI learning and adoption programs. This role will help drive AI proficiency across the organization by supporting learning initiatives, coordinating events, managing stakeholder communications, and contributing to employee adoption efforts.
  • Pay Range - $70-75/HR on W2
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys program coordination, learning operations, and helping scale the adoption of emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain AI learning platforms, including course assignments, content uploads, badge tracking, and user support.
  • Coordinate AI learning content and ensure materials remain current and accessible.
  • Support AI learning events through scheduling, communications, registration tracking, and follow-up activities.
  • Help manage an AI Champions network, including onboarding, communications, and engagement tracking.
  • Track learning participation, badge completion, and adoption metrics to support reporting and insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on communications and rollout activities for AI initiatives.

Qualifications:
Required
  • Experience administering an LMS or similar learning platform.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Experience coordinating events, programs, or employee communities.
  • Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Interest in AI, learning, and technology adoption.

Preferred
  • Experience supporting ambassador, champion, or community programs.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Excel, SharePoint, or dashboards.
