In this role, you’ll guide high-impact projects across the organization, ensuring smooth adoption of change among employees, customers, and partners. Responsibilities:
Program & Project Management
  • Plan and lead enterprise-level digital transformation projects, from kickoff through implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with business intelligence and project tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills—comfortable influencing without authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
