Job description

Job Title: Change Management - Engineer ( TTA)

Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA) Developer (formerly Kofax KTA)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tungsten (formerly Kofax) TotalAgility (TTA) Developer to join our IT Development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting intelligent automation and document processing solutions using Tungsten TotalAgility.

Responsibilities
• Design, develop, configure, and support solutions within the Tungsten TotalAgility platform.
• Develop workflows, business processes, capture solutions, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Create and maintain TTA forms, validation rules, process maps, and transformation modules.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution of application defects.
• Collaborate with business analysts, operations teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain development standards and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to automation and document management.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience developing solutions in Tungsten TotalAgility.
• Experience with workflow development, OCR/capture technologies, and document processing.
• Knowledge of SQL databases and web services/API integrations.
• Familiarity with .NET, C#, JavaScript, or related technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Certifications Required
• Tungsten TotalAgility Developer Certification
• Additional Tungsten/Kofax certifications are a plus

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in financial services, lockbox processing, or enterprise document management environments.
• Experience integrating Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA) formerly KTA with ERP, ECM, or workflow platforms.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
