Job description

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Change Management Associate to support the delivery and adoption of key technology initiatives within the Investment Banking division. This role requires strong execution skills, adaptability, and the ability to engage with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Support the execution of change management plans across IB technology projects
โ€ข Partner with business and technology teams to coordinate communications, training, and rollout activities
โ€ข Engage directly with bankers to gather feedback, address concerns, and drive adoption
โ€ข Prepare stakeholder materials including presentations, training guides, and updates
โ€ข Help manage resistance and ensure smooth transition to new tools and processes
โ€ข Track adoption metrics and report on progress to senior stakeholders
โ€ข Assist in identifying risks and issues related to change and escalate as needed
Qualifications
โ€ข 3-5 years of experience in change management or business transformation
โ€ข Experience working in Investment Banking
โ€ข Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle demanding stakeholders
โ€ข Resilient and adaptable, able to operate effectively under pressure
โ€ข Clear and concise communication skills
โ€ข Strong organizational and execution capabilities
Compensation: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
