Job description

Main Responsibilities
  • Execute comprehensive change management plans for PSS initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of all communication touchpoints.
  • Manage day-to-day communications: draft content, coordinate distribution channels, and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
  • Ensure timely, relevant information for stakeholders (employees, leadership, external partners) throughout the change process.
  • Act as primary point of contact during change initiatives; facilitate meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions to drive engagement and alignment.
  • Collaborate to develop clear messaging and materials (presentations, emails, FAQs, talking points) supporting organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate with senior leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective messaging aligned to company values.
  • Monitor communication effectiveness via surveys, feedback, and engagement metrics; analyze feedback and recommend improvements to the Director, Operations and Change Management.
  • Maintain dashboards/reporting for communication reach and engagement.
  • Implement and maintain metrics/KPIs; provide regular leadership updates on activities, engagement, and progress.
  • Manage tactical execution of multiple initiatives at once; meet deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, town halls, roadshows, and other engagement events; integrate change/communication activities into project plans.
Basic Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree.
  • 5+ years’ experience in change management, communications, or organizational development (pharmaceutical/healthcare preferred).
Skills (Required)
  • Experience executing communication plans and implementing change initiatives.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
  • Hands‑on tactical communication strategy execution and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong project management/coordination; excellent written/verbal communication.
  • Data/metrics experience to assess communication effectiveness and inform decisions.
  • Working knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci or similar certification a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MA in Communications, or related).
  • Experience in patient support services or related pharmaceutical environment.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, email platforms, survey tools, etc.
Travel Requirements
  • Up to 10% travel.
