Location: Piscataway, NJ
Position type: W2 Contract
 
Mandatory:  Min 10+ yrs of Project management experience within life annuity/ retirement insurance 

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead projects within the Insurance domain specializing in Life and Annuity/Retirement Benefits to join our team..
The successful candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage insurance-related projects from inception to completion.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Manage project teams, vendors, and resources effectively.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations and standards.

- Report project status to senior management and stakeholders.

- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams.

- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

Skillsets:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the insurance industry, specifically in Life and Annuity/Retirement Benefits.

- Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
