Organizational Transformation and Change Specialist
The Opportunity:
Organizations are constantly evolving to meet new missions, adopt emerging technologies, and improve the way they deliver value. Successfully navigating change requires more than implementing new processes- it requires engaging stakeholders, driving adoption, and ensuring people are prepared to embrace new ways of working.
As an Organization and Change specialist, you'll partner with clients and cross-functional teams to develop and execute change management strategies that support organizational transformation. You'll help assess organizational readiness, identify stakeholder impacts, create communications and training plans, and measure adoption to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
What You'll Work On
  • Develop and implement organization change management strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness assessments.
  • Build and execute communication plans to increase awareness, understanding, and engagement throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership engagements.
  • Develop change management deliverables including communication plans, stakeholder engagement plans, training materials, and adoption metrics.
  • Partner with project managers, technical teams, and client leadership to integrate change management into overall project execution.
  • Track and report change adoption metrics, organizational readiness, and overall program effectiveness using dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Identify organizational risks and develop mitigation strategies to improve adoption and sustainment.
  • Support business process improvement and organizational transformation initiatives.

You Have:
  • Experience supporting organizational change management, transformation, or business process improvement initiatives
  • Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and training sessions
  • Experience conducting stakeholder engagement and executive communications
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR
  • Ability to tailor messaging to broad audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience supporting federal government programs
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
