Overview
Prosci is proactively building a bench of experienced Change Advisors to support upcoming client engagements. While we may not have an immediate project available today, we anticipate near-term demand and are looking to connect with change professionals who can be client-ready when engagements launch.
This opportunity is ideal for consultants who want to be considered for future project-based work and are comfortable operating as 1099 contractors. We are open to talent across entry through principal levels, with scope, responsibility, and hourly rates aligned to experience.

Key Responsibilities
As a Contract Change Advisor, you may support or lead client change initiatives, depending on project needs and your experience. Engagements will often involve complex, technology-enabled change, including:
  • AI adoption and workforce enablement
  • Digital transformation initiatives
  • ERP implementations and enterprise system rollouts

Responsibilities may include:
  • Apply Prosci's Change Management Methodology, tools, and research to drive adoption and project success
  • Support or lead change efforts across small, medium, or large-scale initiatives
  • Coach client teams and leaders through the Knowledge-to-Ability (K2A) journey
  • Facilitate client working sessions (e.g., assessments, workshops, readiness activities)
  • Develop and deliver high-quality change management deliverables
  • Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Influence and support sponsor and executive-level conversations (senior/principal levels)
  • Lead and coach other change practitioners on project teams (senior/principal levels)

Required
  • Prosci Change Management Methodology Practitioner certification (at minimum); more advanced Prosci certifications are a plus
  • Experience applying Prosci's change management methodology on real-world initiatives
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment
  • Exposure to AI, digital transformation, ERP, or large-scale technology change
  • Willingness to work as a 1099 independent contractor
  • Education (Bachelor's or Master's degree) or equivalent professional experience is considered

Experience Ranges We're Considering
  • Early / Career-Level: 2+ years of change management experience supporting initiatives
  • Senior-Level: 5+ years of change management experience, including leading workstreams or projects
  • Principal-Level: 7-10+ years of experience leading complex, high-risk, or enterprise change initiatives and coaching executives

Additional Information
Travel Requirements: This role may require minimal travel depending on client needs.
Work Location: This is a fully remote role. We are open to candidates in the US and Canada.
Compensation: $90-150/hr USD is the projected hourly rate range for this role. Rate varies by experience, scope, and engagement level.
