Job description

Contract Tech Recruiter - Atoms Contract | LA (Onsite) | Full-time
About Atoms Atoms is a global technology company operating across ~20 countries and ~2,500 employees. We move fast, hire for impact, and hold a high bar on talent. Our recruiting team sits at the center of that - shaping the business by finding and closing people who don't need convincing to do great work.
The Role We're bringing on a contract Tech Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across Software Engineering, Data, and Product. You'll work directly with hiring managers, run your own sourcing, and manage pipelines.
This is a high-autonomy role. You'll be expected to hit the ground running.
What You'll Do
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for tech roles across the US
  • Run sharp intake sessions and hold hiring managers to a clear process
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles - infra, ML, platform, senior IC
  • Manage candidate pipelines, stakeholder updates, and closing conversations
  • Keep things moving even when priorities shift

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience with a tech focus
  • Comfortable assessing engineering levels and evaluating candidate signal without being a coder yourself
  • Strong sourcing skills - LinkedIn, Boolean, direct outreach
  • Proven ability to close competitive technical candidates
  • Self-directed; you don't need a playbook handed to you
  • ATS proficiency (Greenhouse is a plus)

Comp & Contract
  • $100,000-$130,000 annualized equivalent (~$8,300-$10,800/month)
  • 6-month rolling contract with extension based on performance
