Title: PUC - Technical Specialist
Location: Columbus,OH

TECHNOLOGY: .NET and Salesforce
Looking for a Senior developer who has experience delivering business solutions on the Sales Force platform and equally strong experience with .net development. The successful candidate will have shown team leadership with important deliveries in both technologies.
45% Works with business area personnel to assure requirement(s) are thoroughly defined and approved, performs impacts analyses to identify interdependencies, and assists with design reviews;
• performs code review(s);
• serves as technical lead, as assigned; analyzes, designs, develops, and resolves production issues in Cloud technologies (e.g. Amazon Web Services [AWS], Azure, Salesforce);
• performs post production support for business applications which may include routine maintenance, enhancements, research/fixes to aid in troubleshooting production issues;
• rapidly determines importance of shifting priorities and multiple demands in atmosphere of ambiguity;
• applies understanding of .NET and Salesforce Programming and Administration;
• coordinates with code deployment;
• assists in identifying alternate courses of action;
• implements automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment [CI/CD] pipe-lines);
• develops and maintains design and troubleshooting documentation;
• monitors and supports various application components /interfaces (e.g. Batch Jobs, Application Program Interface, Web Services);
• interprets data/information from logs and provides meaningful synopsis to management and stakeholders;
• assists higher-level Information Technology (IT) staff with estimating workload requirements.
45% Develops software applications using cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, Salesforce): develops software solutions using technologies (e.g., Salesforce.com Application Program Interface [API] Framework, Salesforce Object Query Language [SOQL], Work Bench, Developer Console, Lightning Component, Hypertext Markup Language [HTML], JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheets [CSS], Apex);
• works with stakeholders to identify, understand and automate requirements (e.g. new application, periodic business activities);
• creates design and development documents; develops unit test plan and performs unit testing adhering to software standards; assists in the review and evaluation of tools;
• develops custom reports based on business needs;
• demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in principles and technologies to help build and manage highly scalable software products through processes (e.g., automation, operations tooling) in PaaS platforms;
• serves as subject matter expert for solution architecture including configuration, development, integration, and customization of complex environments;
• follows industry standards and best practices in coding, design, and development.
