Job Description:
Responsible to the Executive Vice President, Chief Growth Officer forleading enterprise technology strategy and execution in support of membergrowth, digital expansion, operational scalability, and long term enterpriseperformance. Provides executive oversight of Information Systems, ApplicationTechnology, the Project Management Office, and Business Optimization. Thisposition designs and executes the credit union's multi year technology anddigital roadmap, including system architecture, system development life cycle,platform integration, and strategic technology partner management. Accountablefor executive leadership that advances Chartway's Strategic Plan, strengthenscross functional collaboration, and builds a high performing technologyorganization aligned to growth priorities.
Responsibleand Accountable for:
Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise technology strategy aligned with the credit union's growth objectives and corporate strategic plan.
Partner with executive peers to ensure technology capabilities accelerate retail, lending, marketing, and member experience strategies while reducing friction and time to market.
Ensure credit union technology is secure, scalable, and capable of supporting our growth trajectory outlined in the Strategic Plan
Maintains current knowledge on industry trends and will be looked upon as the organizational expert.
Identify, evaluate, and deploy emerging technologies that enhance member acquisition, deepen member engagement, improve operational efficiency, and create competitive differentiation.
Provide executive oversight of major technology initiatives including capital planning, resource allocation, vendor negotiations, ROI evaluation, and measurable member and financial impact.
Implement best practices for software development, project management, and technology operations
Prepares, implements, and manages the IT budget
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensures all IT professionals are maintaining their proficiencies through technical education and cross-training
Evaluate and manage relationships with technology partners, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
Communicates complex technology concepts effectively to all levels in the organization.
Ensures compliance to all regulatory requirements
Designs and establishes benchmarks that measure the impact and effectiveness of Information Technology on Chartway's overall performance
Owns the IT areas impact on member satisfaction and enterprise NPS scores 
Lead enterprise AI and intelligent automation initiatives that enhance personalization, improve efficiency, strengthen decision making, and align with Chartway's values, risk appetite, and cultural commitments.
Provides project management guidance and oversight to ensure successful implementation and objectives of the project are achieved.
