  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive IT leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and systems administration.
  • Experience managing vendors, technology projects, and IT budgets.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within a financial institution environment preferred.
  • Experience working within highly regulated, security-focused environments with strong internal controls preferred.

The VP of Information Technology is responsible for the overall management, security, and reliability of the organizationโ€™s technology systems and leads the IT department in supporting both daily operations and long-term strategic initiatives.
