  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive IT leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and systems administration.
  • Experience managing vendors, technology projects, and IT budgets.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within a financial institution environment preferred.
  • Experience working within highly regulated, security-focused environments with strong internal controls preferred.

The Vice President of Information Technology provides strategic and operational leadership for the credit union’s technology environment, cybersecurity program, and IT infrastructure. The VP of Information Technology is responsible for the overall management, security, and reliability of the organization’s technology systems and leads the IT department in supporting both daily operations and long-term strategic initiatives.

This position oversees the Information Technology department and works closely with executive leadership and department managers across the organization.
