We are seeking a qualified professional to serve as a full-time Lending Solutions Center Representative at our corporate headquarters in Arnold, MO. The position is responsible for proactively identifying member needs and recommending appropriate credit union products and services through various sales channels. This role emphasizes strong product knowledge, effective cross-selling, and delivering an excellent member experience by managing the loan process from initial contact through completion and follow-up.


What will you be responsible for?

  • Deliver high-quality and consistent service to internal and external members.
  • Obtain appropriate documentation, offer solutions, communicate decisions to members, and close the loan electronically or refer to the appropriate branch.
  • Identifies cross-selling opportunities and cross sell services to members through in-person sales sessions and all supported delivery channels, including outbound calls.
  • Recommend and achieve satisfactory ancillary penetration on all applicable loan products.

Requirements

What skills does this position require?

  • Minimum of two years of similar or related experience, to include consumer lending 
  • High school education or GED
  • Experience in loan documentation, processing, or sales is required
  • Proven exceptional skills in credit mining and cross-selling of credit union products
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills 
  • Ability to consistently create and deliver an extraordinary member experience
  • Ability to maintain composure and  perform duties in a fast paced environment
  • Be self-driven and demonstrate high initiative
  • Experience with credit union technology and systems, including but not limited to Symitar, MeridianLink, and CRM software
