Position Purpose
The Chief Technology & Innovation Officer (CTIO) provides enterprise leadership for the credit union's technology, cybersecurity, data, digital capability, and innovation strategies. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this role ensures technology investments and transformation initiatives are aligned with organizational priorities, strengthen operational performance, protect the credit union, and create meaningful value for members and team members.
The CTIO serves as a strategic advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leaders, translating emerging technology, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, automation, and data opportunities into practical organizational strategies. Through strong governance, executive leadership, and cross-functional partnership, this role builds the secure, scalable, and resilient capabilities necessary to support sustainable growth, organizational agility, and long-term success

Enterprise Technology & Innovation Strategy
- Develop and execute an enterprise technology and innovation strategy aligned with the credit union's mission, strategic plan, risk appetite, and long-term growth objectives
- Translate organizational priorities into a clear technology roadmap, investment strategy, and portfolio of enterprise initiatives
- Advise the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors on emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital trends, innovation opportunities, and technology-related risks
- Evaluate the business value, organizational readiness, risk, and long-term sustainability of proposed technology investments
- Ensure technology strategy supports scalability, operational resilience, employee effectiveness, and exceptional member experiences
