Kforce has a client in West Palm Beach, FL that is seeking a Change Management Specialist to lead the organizational change efforts related to IT software deployments, ensuring stakeholder adoption, minimizing resistance, and embedding new processes across IT, procurement, and business units.
Core competencies include:
Change Leadership & Influence:
* Stakeholder engagement and communication across technical and business teams
* Building buy-in and overcoming resistance to new processes
* Coaching leaders and champions through transitions
Communication & Training:
* Translating technical SAM concepts into user-friendly language
* Developing training materials and delivery (workshops, documentation, videos)
* Facilitating meetings and presentations at all organizational levels
Project & Process Management:
* RACI matrix development and role clarification
* Creating adoption roadmaps and tracking milestones
* Managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
