This role focusses on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) | USARC Civilian Training Services - 'Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO)ย  Located Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery) and across the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid - On/Off Client Site and Virtual.

Delivering change management (mil) learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance.

The Change Management (MIL) Training program equips civilian professionals and military-support personnel with the knowledge, frameworks, and practical strategies required to lead organizational transformation while maintaining mission effectiveness. Participants learn how to assess change impacts, communicate effectively, build stakeholder commitment, and address resistance in complex operational environments. Through facilitated exercises, scenario-based learning, coaching activities, and collaborative planning sessions, participants develop the skills necessary to guide organizations through change with resilience, adaptability, and strategic focus.
