Job description

Organization Change Management (OCM) Consultant - 100% Remote - Contract
We are looking to hire a mid-level OCM consultant to work for a Fortune 500 client.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
3-5+ years of working as part of a change management team is required
Change Management Skills Needed:
• Understand changes and critical dependencies.
• Participate in cross-functional change teams for assigned programs
• Help build change strategies, plans and supporting material
• Help identify and analyze people-centered impacts and risks
• Drive delivery of change management plans and activities
• Monitor and report progress to achieve change adoption
Experience with Google Suite including Google Sheets and Google Slides
Outstanding communication skills
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Certification or education in Change Management
Nice to Have:
Experience in training/curriculum design, visual design for slides and webpages, and/or video production
Software industry experience with an enterprise products company
Strong project management skills
Experience with Smartsheet
Pay rate - $45-55 per hr.
The interview process will have 2 rounds of Video interviews.
