Job description

Conviso Inc is hiring Organizational Change & Training Specialist with ServiceNow Modules Experience. This is a 100% REMOTE set-up position & comes with benefits, 401K & some accrued PTO. The Ideal Candidate would support enterprise ServiceNow transformation initiatives across major modules including ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HAM, and SPM.


Organizational Change & Training Specialist For ServiceNow modules

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute change management, communication, and training plans for ServiceNow initiatives
  • Assess organizational impacts, stakeholder readiness, and adoption risks across business units
  • Create training materials, job aids, user guides, FAQs, and instructor-led / virtual training sessions
  • Partner with functional and technical teams to translate ServiceNow changes into user-friendly learning content
  • Coordinate with PMO and leadership teams on rollout schedules, status updates, and executive messaging
  • Promote continuous improvement of training content and change strategies across releases


Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Training, or User Adoption roles
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and major modules (ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HAM, SPM)
  • Experience supporting enterprise system implementations or digital transformation programs
  • Experience creating training documentation using PowerPoint, SharePoint, LMS, or related tools


Desired Skills & Domain Experience

  • Federal / Government project experience preferred
  • Experience supporting regulated or compliance-driven environments
  • Certifications such as Prosci, PMP, ITIL, or ServiceNow preferred
