The Change Management Analyst II will be supporting a very large-scale, complex relocation project for our client. This role requires a hands-on practitioner who can execute across daily operations, strategic, tactical, and transactional work.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day change operations (trackers, reporting, follow-ups).
- Partner on the execution of the overall change management strategy.
- Draft, schedule, and tailor messaging for various employee and leadership audiences.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities.
- Partner closely with project workstreams and teams to ensure change management considerations are integrated into project plans.
- Handle logistics for events and readiness activities.
- Proactively identify risks and work to implement mitigation actions.
- Bachelor's degree in organizational development, communications, business administration, or related fields.
- 2–5+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management, project management, or communications.
- Demonstrated experience with project management approaches, tools, and life-cycle phases.
- Strong execution skills — able to “roll up sleeves” and get work done.
- Comfortable shifting between strategy, planning, and detailed execution.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings and making presentations, able to provide both detailed information and summaries to management-level individuals and groups.
- Advanced written and verbal communication, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience in complex programs or transformations a plus.
- Ability to demonstrate a hands-on delivery experience.
Preferred
- Certifications such as the Prosci Change Management Certification or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) are highly preferred.

Salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
