Job Title: Change Management Specialist
Location: Washington, D.C (Hybrid)
Job Summary:-
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to support a large-scale modernization initiative involving the replacement of a legacy procurement system with a modern cloud-based solution. The specialist will focus on driving user adoption, managing organizational change, and ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations.
Key Responsibilities:-
  1. Apply structured change management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  2. Develop and execute change management strategies to support system adoption
  3. Assess change impacts, readiness, and stakeholder needs
  4. Design, develop, and deliver clear communication materials for diverse audiences
  5. Coordinate and support training activities, including scheduling and documentation
  6. Create stakeholder communication plans and training plans
  7. Support organizational changes, including role definitions and policy updates
  8. Collaborate with the Change Manager, PMO, and cross-functional teams
  9. Track risks, issues, and action items and update project logs as required
  10. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and briefings using video conferencing tools
  11. Develop job aids, quick reference guides, and process documentation
  12. Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation in Microsoft Teams
