To thrive in Change Management, you need a strong background in organizational development, project management, and communication, often supported by a relevant degree and experience in leading change initiatives. Familiarity with change management frameworks (like ADKAR or Prosci), project management software, and certifications such as Prosci or PMP are commonly required. They often facilitate cross-functional meetings, gather feedback, and tailor strategies to address the unique concerns of each team. Building relationships and fostering open communication are key to overcoming resistance and ensuring alignment across the organization. This collaborative approach helps drive successful adoption of new processes or technologies.

What qualifications do I need to be a change management professional?
