What does a change management analyst do?

A change management analyst’s duties include auditing and evaluating system engineering change management processes. In this career, you compile and analyze users’ change requests and determine ways to implement requested changes. You teach system users to exploit and utilize the tools at their disposal or help them deal with adopting new software and hardware. In addition to your analytical work, you also develop and disseminate documentation for system users so that they can better understand the tools they are using.
