About the Job

Call Center Agent - Fully Remote. Global Consultancy requires accomplished Call Center Agents, to work remotely and give a first-class customer experience for their client, providing telephone, email and webchat assistance. Please Note, this is a W2 contract role and candidates must have at least 3 years experience working in a Call Centers, to be considered.

Experience and role requirements for the Call Center Agent position are:

  • Proven experience with a minimum 3+ years in Call centers. with good experience of Inbound/ Outbound calls, Emails and (ideally) Webchats.
  • A first-class communicator, who can adapt to new systems (paid, full training given).
  • Able to work in a 6+ month W2 contract role (initial), paying $19 per hour (no PTO).
  • Happy to work fully remote / work from home from anywhere in the US.
  • Experience working in financial (Banking, Insurance etc, will be nice to have, but not essential.
  • Shifts - Must be able to work various client shift patterns, up to 40 Hours per week, with some clients requiring a Saturday shift.
  • Must be based within The U.S.A. (can work anywhere fully remote).
  • Typing speed- 25+ words per minute, MS Office experience.
  • CRM/ Call Logging Systems experience.
  • All equipment is provided.
  • Able to start in 1-3 weeks after interview (pending background checks approval).
