What you will be doingโ€ฆ. In this Business Development Manager role specializing in Contract & Contract to Hire opportunities, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting potential clients into long-term partnerships. Your success will directly contribute to the overall success of our staffing agency.

You will be responsible for identifying and generating new business, focusing on Contract & Contract to Hire positions through outside sales activities, such as prospecting, pipeline management, and closing. You will also be expected to grow and maintain a strong, good working relationship with new and existing clients.

  • Client Acquisition: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to attract and acquire new clients with a focus on Contract & Contract to Hire opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through high touch check-in status, identify additional needs, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, by utilizing sales strategies leveraging all available avenues including internal lead generation, referrals, user groups, networking events, job postings, internal database, and media platforms to provide recruitment teams a consistent source of contract job openings.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our staffing services.
  • Recruitment: Lead, coach and direct a team of recruiters.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring that terms are favorable and mutually beneficial by serving as an advisory to all parties while managing the client-side placement process from promoting qualified talent mined by our recruitment experts, scheduling interviews, compensation negotiation, offer presentations to placement.
  • Sales Reporting: Document all sales activities in the company ATS/CRM system.

What you bringโ€ฆ.

  • Proven track record with 5+ years selling IT, Engineering and/or Professional contract staffing services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-driven with proven success working in a 100% remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired.
  • Positive attitude work ethic that aligns with our Core Values of Have Fun, Invested, Tenacious and Transparency.
  • Previous successful recruiting experience highly desired.
  • Works well within a quota driven, commission-based environment.
  • Understands financials and has ability to analyze, interpret and prepare statistical sales data.
