Position: Business Development Manager - Contract Manufacturing

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and service-related issues
• Direct and coordinate business activities internally to drive revenue growth
• Analyze customer demand forecasts and track key sales metrics
• Set target and strategic goals while managing and evaluating team performance
• Plan and oversee training of new team members
Qualifications & Skills

Required:
• 7+ years of experience in sales or business development
• Experience in contract manufacturing is highly preferred
• Experience with semiconductor industry is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead, guide, and mentor sales team
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Bilingual in Mandarin is required
