We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Business Analyst to lead business analysis activities across AI and automation initiatives. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities for AI adoption, defining business requirements, evaluating solutions, and ensuring AI investments deliver measurable business outcomes.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders while helping shape the organization's AI transformation journey.

Position Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, transformation, or related disciplines.

  • Experience supporting technology, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities.

  • CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or similar certifications.

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
