Job Title: Business Development Manager/Director (Singapore/Malaysia)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive salary with reviews every six months. Performance-based bonuses quarterly

Location: Remotely from Singapore or Malaysia; Head office is in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM - 1 hour lunch break from Monday to Friday

Role Overview:

We're on the hunt for a talented Business Development Manager with a knack for building relationships and a drive to bring in new business. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to expand and strengthen Arches' market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies that exceed sales targets.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify, research, and prospect potential clients in the Private Equity, Hedge Fund, Management Consulting, and corporate sectors.
  • Building Relationships: Nurturing relationships with prospective and current clients to secure repeat business.
  • Client Meetings and Negotiations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations and negotiations, leading to deal closures.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, from client activation to operations, to ensure high-quality services to clients
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Regularly report on sales activities, expenses, and revenue. Analyze reports to find insight and improvement opportunities.
  • Leadership: Lead and coach team members to ensure team KPI achievement. Support team members' learning and growth, and keep a high level of motivation.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of solid experience in field sales B2B, ideally within the management consulting or investment industry.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and industry events.
  • During the probation period, ideally working in the Vietnam office to ensure team engagement.
  • Stellar communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of critical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Self-driven and capable of working both independently and collaboratively Proficiency
  • in English. (Vietnamese proficiency not required.
