In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth initiatives, generating leads, and supporting marketing campaigns tailored to small businesses and professional service providers. Employment Type: Freelance/Part-Time to start Location: Remote or Hybrid (Flexible) Weekly Hours: 20 hours to start Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage prospective clients through digital outreach, networking, and targeted campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and messaging that resonates with small business owners and professionals. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to securing qualified appointments or opportunities for coaching services. Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting on lead generation and conversion metrics. Support both local and brand-level business development initiatives, adapting strategies as needed for different markets or franchise locations in Orange County. Work independently to manage projects, timelines, and deliverables with minimal supervision.
