Responsibilities
  • Prospect assigned territory, clients, and leads
  • Assist in regionalizing sales efforts by increasing local client visits
  • Proven success building new strategic relationships by developing sales plans and business strategies
  • Identify and develop new targets to develop regional and global business volume in Ocean, Air, and Overland Freight, as well as Value Add solutions
  • Follow-up and maintain current customers with the goal of increasing revenue and freight volume
  • Increase market penetration for the PSA BDP brand
  • Engage with Account Management, Product Leaders, and Vertical Heads to develop target accounts within assigned region
  • Meet and exceed designated KPIs regarding client visits via maintenance via the Customer Retention Management system
  • Engage in market research with sales support teams with the goal of increasing individual sales pipeline
  • Other duties as required
Exemption Type Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience in global sales preferred
  • Minimum 3 years industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge about Ocean Freight, Air Freight or Overland Freight in a Freight Forwarding/Logistics company
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
