Job description

Our client, a fast-growing facilities restoration, specialty cleaning, and remediation company with a location in Raleigh, NC has an opening got a Business Development/Sales Manager to join their team

Duties Include:

  • Working closely with companies providing fire, water, mold remediation, infectious control, and Bio-waste cleaning services.
  • Target major account, large loss executives, and facility/property management executives via weekly sales and business development activity
  • Foster close working relationships with vendor partners
  • eMarket company to new customers
  • Generate, manage and close sales leads generated from company and personal referral sources
  • Inspect, and determine the appropriate scope of repairs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience.
  • Experience calling on Construction, Data Centers/Mission Critical Healthcare, Hospitality, Industrial Insurance, Institutional Multi-Family, Office Retail, or Retail companies marketing services

COMPENSATION

Excellent base salary plus sales commission and excellent benefits.
