You will collaborate closely with preconstruction, estimating, operations, and executive leadership teams to identify target opportunities, understand client needs, and position the company as a trusted construction partner. You'll maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, track business development activities, support proposal and presentation efforts, and ensure a seamless transition from opportunity development to project pursuit. Experienced business development professionals may lead market-specific growth initiatives, represent the company at industry events, and contribute to strategic planning that strengthens market presence and client engagement.
