Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies that generate new third-party construction opportunities throughout Northern California.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue potential clients, project, and market sectors aligned with growth objectives.
  • Partner with operational leaders in both offices to identify market opportunities, develop pursuit strategies, and strengthen local market presence.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of relationships among owners, developers, commercial real estate professionals, architects, engineers, and industry influencers Northern California
  • Create and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective opportunities and strategic target accounts.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
