Millies Pancakes is a fast-paced breakfast and lunch diner known for fresh, made-to-order comfort food, pancakes, skillets, and Southern-inspired dishes . We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Breakfast Cook to join our team at our Addison location.

⏰ Schedule

Full-time (40 hours per week)

Morning shifts (starting as early as 5:30–6:00 AM)

Weekend availability required


✔️ Responsibilities

Prepare breakfast and lunch items (eggs, pancakes, omelets, skillets, etc.)

Maintain speed and quality during busy morning rushes

Follow recipes and plating standards

Ensure all food is cooked properly and presented well

Keep kitchen clean, organized, and stocked

Work closely with servers to ensure fast ticket times

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines


✔️ Requirements

Previous experience as a line cook or breakfast cook preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong multitasking and time management skills

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
