    The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas elevates the brunch and dinner buffet experience with a feast of delectable options - including many made-to-order dishes - crafted by Executive Chef Craig Herber and his culinary experts.

    At 16 tantalizing food kitchens, discover cuisine from around the world, including fresh-made pasta, Latin dishes such as authentic street tacos, Asian specialties like pristine sushi and wok-fried favorites, an eggs Benedict station and American classics, including butcher-inspired, hand-carved cuts, smoky barbecue choices with all the fixings, premium seafood selections, chilled shrimp cocktail and an array of sides and salads, bread and cheeses.
    Of course, no feast would be complete without dessert, and the patisserie at The Buffet offers a wondrous collection of pastries, cakes, pies, puddings, gelatos and ice cream with a delightful assortment of toppings.

    As a Host Person at The Buffet, your role will include: 

    • Providing superior guest service that is consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating. 
    • All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and Wynn company policy and procedure. 
    • Greeting and seating guests. 
    • Assisting guest with reservation via phone and in person. 
    • Assisting Managers with table management to maximize seating. 
    • Assisting guest with special request. 
    Qualifications
    • Must be able to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner 
    • 1 year work experience as host person in a high-end restaurant is preferred. 
    • Exhibit phone etiquette, organizational skills, basic computer knowledge (incl. reservations management system) and food/wine service knowledge. 
    • Requires the ability to multi-task, work efficiently and within a team environment. 
    • Must be available to work all shifts; to include day, swing, weekdays, weekends, and holidays. 
    • Requires a Clark County Health Card and TAM Card. 
    • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
