The Billing Operations Support Specialist performs moderately complex administrative and billing tasks within the insurance brokerage business. This role works under regular guidance, applying acquired knowledge and skills to complete tasks accurately and efficiently. The specialist supports day-to-day billing operations, ensures compliance with established procedures, and communicates effectively with internal teams to resolve routine issues.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Process invoices, premium payments, and billing adjustments.
  • Verify billing data for accuracy and correct routine discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records for audits and compliance.
  • Respond to internal inquiries and provide timely updates.
