E-Billing Specialist - Boston, MA

Our client, a prestigious international law firm with locations in Washington D.C. and Boston, is seeking an experienced E-Billing Specialist to join its collaborative team.This position will pay between $80-100K on a base salary plus bonusWhat You'll Do
  • Set up new clients and matters for e-billing
  • Submit and monitor electronic invoices through multiple e-billing platforms
  • Resolve rejected invoices and ensure compliance with client billing guidelines
  • Partner with attorneys, billing teams, clients, and vendors to ensure timely, accurate billing
  • Track invoice status, appeals, accruals, and reporting
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of law firm e-billing experience
  • Experience with Elite 3E/Enterprise or Aderant
  • Familiarity with platforms such as CounselLink, Serengeti, Collaborati, Passport, BillingPoint, e-Billing Hub, or BillBlast is a plus
  • Strong Excel, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
