Salary: $118,000–$148,500 in Washington, DC and Boston; $124,000–$155,000 in New York City

Introduction:
An international law firm is seeking an E-Billing Manager to oversee its firmwide electronic billing function and manage the E-Billing Hub.. The ideal candidate has e-billing management experience within an international law firm or similarly complex professional-services environment.
Must-Haves:
· Min of 3 years of management experience within a law firm or professional-services environment
· Experience working within an international law firm
Hands-on experience with electronic billing software and client-mandated billing platforms
· Advanced experience with E-Billing Hub
· Experience with 3E or another large, complex legal billing system
· Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing an e-billing team
· Strong knowledge of client billing guidelines, deadlines, and compliance requirements
Job Description:
· Oversee the firmwide e-billing process and ensure invoices are submitted accurately and on time through various client-mandated platforms
· Manage the E-Billing Hub and support client-specific electronic billing requirements
· Monitor billing deadlines and ensure compliance with client guidelines and contractual requirements
· Develop, implement, and maintain consistent e-billing policies, procedures, and best practices across all firm offices
· Evaluate existing workflows and lead process-improvement, automation, and efficiency initiatives
· Supervise, mentor, and develop four direct reports
· Partner with the Director of Billing and Collections on hiring, training, performance management, and employee retention
· Support new billing-software implementations and other departmental initiatives
· Utilize billing technology and reporting tools to identify and resolve submission errors, rejections, and other billing issues
· Collaborate with attorneys, billing professionals, finance teams, and international personnel to address complex billing requirements
· Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive firm and client financial information
