We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Banquet Manager to lead our banquet team our team as a key manager at Bridgewater Banquet & Conference Center, located at 10561 Sawmill Parkway, Powell. OH 43065.

Responsibilities

The Banquet Manager responsibilities include overseeing banquet events, ensuring that staff are performing their job roles efficiently, and liaising with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is familiar with all aspects of banquet service, has excellent leadership and customer service skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Ultimately, the Banquet Manager's role is to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests while ensuring smooth operation of events.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the banquet staff

Ensure adherence to procedures, room set-ups, equipment, and supplies

Communicate with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction

Manage event logistics including menu selections, seating arrangements, and decor

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality service

Resolve any issues or complaints quickly and professionally

Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event evaluations

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Perform administrative tasks such as event reports and staff schedules

Provide excellent customer service to guests and uphold the venue's reputation

Qualifications

Salary Plus Bonus: Salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Pay Range: $50,000 to $57,000 plus applicable bonuses if requirements are met.
