Description
We are hiring Banquet Servers!
Banquet Server Duties
  • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, linens, place settings, décor)
  • Provide timely and courteous food and beverage service to guests
  • Serve plated meals, buffet items, and beverages in a professional manner
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items and be able to answer guest questions
  • Clear tables efficiently and reset as needed throughout the event
  • Assist with event breakdown, including removing linens, dishware, and equipment
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Work closely with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth service
  • Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Handle glassware, china, and equipment carefully to prevent damage
  • Adhere to company standards for appearance, punctuality, and professionalism
