Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all banquet events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties
  • Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage and supervise banquet staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
