This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional event execution, maintaining high service standards, and delivering memorable experiences for guests. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all banquet events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties
  • Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage and supervise banquet staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment; coordinate ordering as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
