Job description

Program Manager for Lockheed Martin, Missile and Fire Control Business Area Infrared, Fixed Wing Systems reporting directly to Portfolio Manager. Our team is responsible for managing the daytoday execution of LMSBF programs, including oversight of cost, schedule, and technical execution of all program requirements.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Management Associate Manager you will be responsible for driving program success through disciplined execution and crossfunctional coordination.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Lead daily program execution activities and ensure alignment with mission objectives.
-Oversee cost management, budgeting, and financial reporting, including EVMS Control Account Management
-Monitor schedule performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
-Validate technical deliverables against requirements and quality standards.
-Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Production Operations and stakeholder teams to facilitate seamless collaboration.
-Coordinate / lead various Program Reviews with site leadership, customers, and suppliers
