MCFA seeks a highly professional in the role of Assistant Supervisor. The successful candidate will embody key character traits that define an effective Assistant Supervisor, including:

What you'll do:
The Assistant Supervisor supports the planning, coordination, and execution of pharmaceutical projects under the guidance of senior project managers. This role assists with scheduling, documentation, and tracking of project deliverables, while helping coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, validation, quality, and construction. The Assistant Supervisor monitors project progress, identifies potential issues, and supports problem resolution to ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and compliant with regulatory and GMP requirements. This position provides a foundation for developing project management skills in a highly regulated, technical environment.

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (required)
  • Key tasks and typical duties include:
    • Support development of project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation under senior PM guidance.
    • Maintain project files, reports, meeting minutes, and ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
    • Monitor tasks, budgets, and timelines to help ensure project objectives are met.
    • Facilitate communication between engineering, validation, quality, and construction teams.
    • Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and escalate or assist in developing solutions.
    • Prepare status updates, presentations, and progress reports for stakeholders
    • Gain hands-on experience in project management processes, tools, and regulatory compliance practices.

Annual Paid Time Off:
  • Sick Leave: 5 Days (40 Hours)
  • Vacation: 15 Days (120 Hours)
