As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Site Supervisor who is eager to learn, take ownership of projects, and help us maintain our high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Position Overview
The Site Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring our roofing and siding installations run smoothly from start to finish. This position involves overseeing job sites, supporting installation crews, ensuring quality control, and communicating with homeowners throughout the project.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and building a career in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise roofing and siding installation projects to ensure work meets company quality and safety standards
  • Verify delivered materials for quality and accuracy
  • Pick up and transport materials as needed to support job sites
  • Set up job-site protection to protect the customers home and property during installation
  • Oversee job-site cleanup, including using magnet rakes to collect nails and debris
  • Conduct final walkthroughs with customers and document any punch-out items
  • Communicate with customers throughout the installation process
  • Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns professionally
