OPERATIONS MANAGER 2ND SHIFT

JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Vice President of Operations, this position is responsible for day to day operation of services to client accounts. Responsible for the planning and operations of business area, ensuring consistent quality customer service is always provided to the client. Manages the Supervisors and staff. Facilitates the staffing and assignments for business area.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:

  • Facilitate new business
  • Manage business contracts
  • Manage staffing requirements
  • Manage projects from inception to completion
  • Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems
  • Follow-up on customer inquiries and questions
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with clients
  • Maintain open communication with clients, employees and subcontractors
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and quality
  • Complete all paperwork
  • Prioritize projects
  • Schedule client assignments
  • Exercise good judgment when negotiating new business

  • Clean Driving Record and able to pass Insurance Eligibility Criteria
  • Acceptable Criminal Background Check
  • 3-5 years of Operations Management experience
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience and 2-3 years of management experience or BA Business Management and 2 years of applicable experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This work requires routine walking, standing, bending, climbing, carrying items weighing up to thirty pounds and working in inclement weather.
