Se le pedira que reclute, contrate, capacite y supervise a todos los agentes contratados en el pais al que esta asignado. Usted se asegurara de que todos los agentes registren su entrada y salida segun lo acordado en su contrato. Se asegurara de que cada agente este tomando todas las llamadas entrantes y realizando las llamadas salientes necesarias. Asegurese de que sus agentes esten lo suficientemente capacitados para proporcionar a los clientes informacion basica sobre la empresa a la que estan asignados. Asegurese de que sus agentes esten manejando adecuadamente la gestion de pagos, la gestion de citas, la gestion del correo electronico, la retencion de clientes y el servicio al cliente de la empresa a la que se les asigno.


Requisitos:

  • 1 ano de experiencia trabajando como asistente ejecutivo o en un puesto similar preferido
  • Bachillerato aprovado
  • Capacitado para llevar a un equipo de 5-15 personas
  • Tener computadora y buena conexion a internet
