Job description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring for a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor would be working for a major company and has career growth otential.

Production Supervisor Compensation:

  • Payrate: $35.75 per hour
  • Must be open to any shift, including weekends, to meet overtime and production needs.

Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Supervise 30-40 hourly employees in a unionized environment.
  • Maintain staffing levels, including managing call-offs and reassignments.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean, SIS, WCM, or similar methodologies.
  • Coach, lead, and develop team members to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with plant pillars and cross-functional teams.
  • Enforce consistent work rules and support a positive labor-management relationship.
  • Identify and resolve production issues promptly and effectively.

Production Supervisor REQUIREMENTS:

Education/Licenses Needed
